What we do:

We focus on supporting young people between the ages of 14-24 through our study programmes, traineeships, apprenticeships and vocational training.

What we offer:

Study programmes – if you’re between 16-18 and want to improve your employment prospects, then a study programme may be for you. You will have the chance to take vocational training, have work placements with a real employer, and improve your Maths and English grades if you need to.

Traineeships – A traineeship is a skills development programme for 16-24 year olds that includes a work placement. It can last from 6 weeks up to 1 year and can help you get ready for an apprenticeship or job if you don’t have the appropriate skills or experience.

Apprenticeships – we work with a variety of employers to provide a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities in the local area. Check out our vacancies here.

Vocational training – offered in the following disciplines: Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Plastering, Warehousing, Retail, Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service, Business Administration, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Motor Vehicle.

What do people say about us?

Nova has helped me with my maths and english and I feel more confident to go out into work, I have met lots of new people and this has helped me interact with people better.

Jack Yoemans, Brownhills Centre, Student

My confidence has got better since I have been at NOVA. I have learnt a lot in lessons, e.g. I learnt how to laminate which I didn't know how to do before. I would like to say a huge thank you to Memory.

Justina Russell, Walsall Centre, Student
