What we do: What we offer: …I have been at LPF for over 2 years and started on an apprenticeship as I lacked some qualifications and experience. I started at LPF doing a Design NVQ but my skill set and knowledge slowly forged me into an admin role. This has now developed into a second apprenticeship where alongside my qualification my job role has developed to be part of the recruitment and HR team. I recently got promoted to HR Manager and I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months hold in store!
