Construction Industry Training

Construction Events

Event: Four week construction course with on-site industry training and 12 weeks Work Coach support, leading to a completed CSCS card and a guaranteed job interview. In association with Willmott Dixon.
Times: Courses take place throughout the year, call Wolves at Work to book.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, currently unemployed, living in the West Midlands and ready to start work.

Event: Find out about a FREE support programme offering emotional well-being checks, ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ workshop, Coping strategies and relaxation techniques, Confidence and team building skills, employability support and more

Eligibility Criteria: You must be aged 19+, if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks or grief we can help you. If you receive work-related benefits your Work Coach can help you with travel to the venue

Event: Training to support you and your business if you are in the catering or hospitality industry

Community interpreting Level 1 Award information and assessment day.

Event: Community interpreting Level 1 Award information and assessment day.
Date: Thursday 5th December 2019
Times: 1pm-3pm
Venue: Adult Education Wolverhampton, City Learning Quarter, Old Hall Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 3AU
Eligibility: You must have a Full Level 1 qualification in ESOL or English (Speaking and listening, reading and writing) and you will be asked to complete an application form for the course.
Course Fees: There is a fee of £285 but you may be entitled to attend for free if you are in receipt of certain benefits. Attend the information day to find out more.
Additional information: The course will run on Thursday afternoons from January until July. Attend the information day on 5th December for registration and to find out more.
