An innovative new project to support people to manage their money
The project is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund through the Building Better Opportunities programme.
We will support 3,000 people by December 2019 to move closer to the jobs market, specifically targeting social housing tenants who will be affected by the rollout of Universal Credit and other aspects of welfare reform. The support is tailored to the individual’s needs, with clear progression routes onto skills and employment provision.
Who are we?
Led by whg and the Accord Group, two of the biggest housing associations in the West Midlands, the project is delivered by a consortium of 6 housing associations and 4 specialist training providers who will be able to use their data and insight to support the most vulnerable around financial and digital inclusion.
